Landscape Painting

Our plein air workshop with Ephraim Rubenstein was filled with a variety of western Sicilian landscapes.

On our first painting day, we visited the ancient Stagnone, located just five minutes from our studio space. Our days followed with plein air painting at the temples of Segesta, the medieval city of Erice, and with our friends at a local sheep farm. A visit to Marsala, Sicily would be incomplete without experiencing the island of Mozia. Here, we explored the island's archaeological excavations and the museum, home to the famous Charioteer of Mozia statue.

This was an unforgettable experience - we were so lucky to paint together under Ephraim Rubenstein's instruction!
